By using ClockedHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

ClockedHQ is a subscription-based time tracking and invoicing SaaS platform. Features include time tracking, project management, task assignments, and client invoicing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and its activity. Only active users are billed.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing: $9.99 per active user per month. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not violate laws or regulations, attempt to hack or interfere with the service, or use the service for spam, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

ClockedHQ retains all IP rights in the service. You retain ownership of your data but grant ClockedHQ a license to operate the service.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes.
